With an MBA in Finance and over nine years of experience spanning financial planning, capital markets, and strategic operations — including work with institutional real estate investors and as a founding team member of Ribbon — Praveen understands the numbers behind every deal as well as the people behind every move.

Praveen has personally built a rental portfolio of 90+ units and completed over 100 property flips. That experience gives him firsthand insight into property performance, construction and renovation strategy to maximize ROI, tenant dynamics, and the realities of long-term ownership — perspective few agents can offer.

As a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, Praveen brings this same analytical rigor and investor's mindset to helping clients buy and sell homes in the Charlotte area, translating complex financial thinking into clear, confident guidance for buyers and sellers alike. Born and raised in New Jersey, Praveen moved to Charlotte in 2019 and has never looked back. He lives in Wesley Heights with his wife, their son, and their two dogs. Outside of work, you'll usually find him nerding out over real estate deals or cars, cheering (loudly) as a diehard Knicks and Giants fan, or tending to his saltwater aquarium.
